To Fall Back in Love with Life

I want my actions to challenge the norms that don’t feel true to me.

Happy New Year! Let this year be yours—full of color and life.

Over the holidays, I spent a lot of time reflecting on my why. Why do I do what I do? What drives me? What is the message I want to share with the world? It all comes down to one thing: To fall back in love with life.

I want my actions to challenge the norms that don’t feel true to me—the constant dissociation, the autopilot of “that’s just how it is,” all the “musts” and “can’ts,” the glorification of suffering, the numbness, the belief in “the only right way,” and the illusion of superiority. I want to question these hidden beliefs—within me and within you—so we can finally take a deep breath and allow ourselves to fully come alive. To embrace authenticity, love, joy, strength, passion, and beauty—right alongside fear, sadness, and anger.

All of it - All of us. Falling back in love with our unique stories, our own reality—falling back in love with life. Have you ever wondered about your why? I’d love to hear it.

Wishing you all the best,
Alenka
