A sense of freedom, or a bit overwhelming?

What do I need in this moment to feel more love, to feel safe, to feel enough?

I want to begin today’s letter here:

When we realize that we create our own reality, a space of freedom opens up. But with it often comes a sense of responsibility—or maybe even guilt.

"It’s my fault that I’m having these problems. I shouldn’t be like this, I shouldn’t think like this… My every action creates a reaction, but what if I don’t always have as much control over myself as they say I’m supposed to have?"

And that’s when all the subconscious programs kick in. And here we are—blaming ourselves, sometimes without even realising it. And then on the good days, feeling motivated as sh*t to turn it all around and be the best version of ourselves that we can possibley be.

Do you ever notice these feelings in your life?

There are many techniques to work through unconscious beliefs and you just need to find the one that feels most natural to you. But it all begins with giving yourself a break and accepting the moment you’re in. You cannot—and quite honestly, should not—skip acceptance, because that is the moment when it almost feels like a portal opens up. The moment where peace is born, where understanding is unveiled, and where freedom takes you to the next level.

That said, Embodiment is a great gateway to acceptance. How?

By finding stillness in your body. By tuning into the sensation of resistance and simply sitting with it. By allowing the sensations in your body to exist, while you remain present with them. And then, by asking yourself—What do I need in this moment to feel more love, to feel safe, to feel enough?

Because through the feeling of safety, real change can happen. And the more you tune into your sensations, the more of yourself you can embody.

Love,

Alenka
